Friday, October 14th
- Check-in- starting at 3:00 p.m. at the Trading Post/ Office
- Dinner in Gardner Lodge (Dining Hall) at 6:00 p.m.
- Opening Ceremony/ Mandatory Pre-race meeting 7:00 p.m. at Snow Fire Ring
- Basic Orienteering Training in Gardner Lodge (Dining Hall) right after Opening Ceremony
Saturday, October 15th
- 6:30 am pre-race meeting - receive maps
- Race begins at 7:00 a.m. at Trading Post/ Office
- All racers off the course by 6:00 p.m. (awards to individuals and teams handed out immediately after race when results are confirmed)
