Pre-Camp Leaders Meeting Notice

The Mississippi Valley Council will be holding three Pre-Camp Leader Meetings to distribute 2012 Summer Camp information and Leader Guides. Registered units should plan to send one adult leader to a selected meeting to collect informational materials, including registration forms and the program schedule. The 2012 Camp Administration will be on hand to answer any questions about the exciting programs being offered this year.

All Pre-Camp Leader Meetings will begin with dinner and leaders are encouraged to order from the menu upon arrival so the information portion of the meeting can begin promptly. Each dinner will be billed individually. Each meeting is expected to last no more than 90 minutes.

Registration for the Pre-Camp Leaders Meeting is needed so materials can be prepared. Please return the tear away form by February 13, 2012. You may also email your reservation to Scott Thiessen @ scott.thiessen@scouting.org
