Cub Scout Yukon 2024

Come and Blast OFF! for a fun Cub Scout Day at Camp Eastman

2024 Space Exploration Yukon – January 27th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30p.m. (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.)

Who may attend:  Cub Scouts, Leaders, siblings, and Lion/Tiger adult partners

Things to Bring:  Medical form parts A and B, mug for Hot Cocoa and coffee, gizmos and gadgets for rocket ship building (cardboard, duct tape, rope to pull spacecraft), warm clothes including socks, warm hat, gloves, and boots. Some activities are outdoors, please dress appropriately and in layers for comfort.

Youth Protection: Units must provide adequate leadership needed to supervise all Scouts.  Units must have two-deep adult leadership and all Tigers & Lions need to have an adult partner.

Activities:  Opening bottle rocket demonstration, Scouting games, Rocket Ship Building & Racing, STEM activity, Painting, a Drone Demonstration (aka flying saucer), and more are planned.

Cost: $20.00 per Scout and sibling, $13.00 per Adult.  Lunch and a special event patch are included with registration payment.  T-shirts and other items will be available to purchase as well as breakfast food items.
