2025 Sporting Clays for Scouting Community Fundraiser
Mississippi Valley Council Scouting America invites you to join us for a fun‐filled day of shooting sports. Grab your ATVs or UTVs and join this unique fundraising event will help to ensure that over 1,600 young people along the Mississippi river continue to receive the best Scouting program possible. Our program provides youth a safe haven and opportunity to grow in character, citizenship, and fitness. Cost is $175 per shooter and $1050 per team of 6 shooters, lunch, dinner, birds, and shells included.
If you register your team and pay in full before April 15, 2025 for all shooters the team fee is only $1000. Prices increase on May 1 to $200 per person and $1200 per team. Any payments made the day of the event will also be $200 per person or $1200 per team.
Golf cart rentals are available at registration and must be reserved in advance.

How You’re Supporting Local Scouting & Career Explorers
This event raises the funds necessary to provide a full Scouting program to over 1,500 Scouts in our local communities. Throughout Scouting America Mississippi Valley Council from Cub Scouting to Exploring, all programs use responsible outdoor activities to promote character development and values-based leadership training. Each year, at-risk and underprivileged young people in Scouting receive financial support at a cost to the Mississippi Valley Council. The local council relies on donations, directly or through special events to ensure each Scout is able to fully participate in the program.
This is an adult community fundraiser and alcohol will be available, NO YOUTH ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Shooters will not be allowed to drink if in uniform or until after they are done shooting. Unfortunately spectators are not allowed during the event, but we welcome anyone to join us after shooting is completed for Dinner.
