CANCELLED – 2020 NRA Shotgun Instructor Training
CANCELLED – The Mississippi Valley Council takes the safety of our Scouts and volunteers as our chief priority. Due to concerns relating to the COVID-19 virus, the NRA Shotgun Instructor Training has been cancelled. We will have this event later in the summer or fall. Details will follow as plans are develop. Further communication will be found on our Facebook page and in the Current.
NRA Training – Shotgun Instructor Course
When: March 27-29, 2020
Where: Saukenauk Scout Reservation; 2948 E 1000th St; Mendon, IL 62351
How Much: Registration fee of $200; meals & lodging provided
The course will start Friday night at 5:00 p.m. covering BIT. If you took the Rifle Class last September and received BIT, you are not required to attend on Friday. If you do not plan to attend Friday, please contact Mike Turner so we can verify your BIT with our instructor’s records!*
