2021 OA Vigil Conclave

The Conclave is for All Order of the Arrow Vigil Members.

WHEN:

• September 17th-18st;
• check-in beginning 7:00 pm on the 17th

FEES:

• $10.00 per person. Please RSVP by September 14th, 2021.
• Please return the registration form to either the Quincy or Burlington Scout Service Center in person or by mail.
• 2021 Black Hawk Lodge Vigil Retreat Registration Form Direction on form
• Mail-in registrations should include a check or credit card number to cover the fees.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Personal camping equipment,
• field uniform
• sash
• Medical Forms should be on the property and kept with each attendee.
• Please also bring a card with your Lenape name and its translation

ADULT LEADERSHIP

Youth Protection policies will be adhered to throughout the weekend. All registered youth need to have adequate adult leadership. Adults should be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America.
